Online Therapy

in NY & FL

Therapy for those navigating identity, transition, and the quiet pressure of expectation. A space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and live more authentically.

You’re Here Because

Life looks manageable from the outside, but inwardly, something feels out of alignment. You may be capable and reliable, yet quietly questioning yourself, your direction, or the roles you’ve learned to inhabit.

You might be someone who thinks deeply, feels carefully, and notices subtleties others overlook—yet rarely feels fully seen or understood. Therapy offers a pause from managing and adapting, and a chance to turn toward what has been asking for your attention.

Beginning Matters

Not everything needs to be clear before you start.

I’m often asked in consultations and therapy sessions, “I’m not sure I can delve into this right now—I don’t have a clear path, only some pieces.” This hesitation is both normal and understandable. We rarely have all the answers, and when we are deeply involved in our own lives, clarity often requires some distance.

Therapy often begins not with answers, but with the willingness to pause, listen, and begin from where you are.

  • You might find this work helpful if you:

    • Are an international student or immigrant navigating cultural transitions

    • Identify as an Asian professional balancing family, work, and identity

    • Feel high-functioning on the outside but emotionally stretched inside

    • Are facing a major life transition, decision, or sense of stuckness

    • Want more than symptom relief—you want clarity, grounding, and meaning

  • My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I work at a pace that allows for both emotional depth and practical grounding. Sessions often involve exploring patterns, inner conflicts, and unspoken expectations—while staying connected to your daily life and relationships.

I pay close attention to cultural context, emotional regulation, and the ways meaning and self-worth develop over time. Therapy is not about fixing you, but about understanding yourself more fully and responding to life with greater clarity and choice.

  • In our work together, you can expect:

    • A calm, reflective space where you don’t need to perform or explain yourself perfectly

    • A balance between emotional exploration and real-life application

    • Respect for your cultural background, values, and inner conflicts

    • Thoughtful pacing—therapy unfolds over time, not through quick fixes

Therapy is a process of discovery. Some sessions may feel clarifying, others more uncertain. Both are meaningful parts of the work.
